How to do it and how simple it is done.

• Makes 7 Lattes
• Leave room for froth, fill cup 2/3 with coffee.
• Shake it! Press and hold 5 to 7 seconds.
• Enjoy! Keep Refrigerated

It was easy to use. Simple to do and only takes a few seconds to add to your coffee. It got a good taste and it a really good product for those on Weight Watchers. It uses on Point if you are using the point system. It tastes really good. I Would suggest this for anyone that want a latte at home and you do not have to pay much. It only cost $4.00 for one of them. They come in 3 flavors to choose from.

The sweetener is okay by my taste. I would state it about 3 Moons out of 5 Moons. It might be better if it was in something that I liked to eat. I tried it in the Lemon water. It is not all that great. Though, for me, I do not like Lemon water. It could be that. The sweetener was not bad otherwise in my case.

My mom tried it in the Lemon water and she thinks it 5 moons out of 5 moons. It may depend on your taste or your suggestion in what you like to use it in. Maybe you could you it for you drink to sweeten your drink. To my mom it was good.

Splenda did good with their product otherwise. I could not tell the difference it did not have sugar in it but Splenda Naturals Stevia Sweetener in the lemon water.

Tater Tot Tacos

Cook time: 15 mins
Total time: 20-25 mins

Ingredients

• 1 bag Tortilla Chips
• 1 pound Ground Meat
• 1 pound Ore-Ida Tater Tots
• 4 oz Cheese
• 1 packet Taco seasoning

Cooking Directions

1. Brown meat until it cooked. Line dish with Tortilla chips.  Shred your own cheese or you can use already shredded cheese. Fry or bake Ore-Ida Tater Tots. Drain ground meat and then add Taco seasoning as directed as on packet. Stir often until seasoning is thick. If you are frying Ore-Ida tater tots, must drain on paper towel. Put taco meat on tortilla chips. Add Ore-Ida tater tots to top of the meat. Finish with cheese. You can add any additional toppings.

But I have seen you are to take this 2 a day and before you eat like 20 to 30 min before hand. There seems to be no side affects from what I heard or seen. You can take up to 4 in 24 hours. I be careful of that you read the directions on the bottle.

My mother listed these Pros and Con:

• eat less food
• lost weight
• gives vitamin D

Cons:

• Irritable
• Jittery

  I believe this it a pretty good product if you compare the pros to con. I would say. I will let you decide for yourself.
