Question: Summer Reading. What was your favorite book that you were REQUIRED to read when you were in school?

My Answer:  I am going by year. If I can remember what required to read. I am not be for sure though

9th Grade: Holes

10th Grade: Nothing at recall

11th Grade: Nothing other then from our English book or literature book

12th Grade: I read nothing outside my school that was required that year (Beowulf though school though  we never actually require to read it outside of class or did we read it during Class)

If wanted to read I read outside of school but it was books I wanted to read.

Question: What is one thing that your blog readers probably do not know about you?

My Answer: I am an only child. I  really enjoy other things other then Reading. For one thing I enjoy Camping and nature. I would enjoy Riding my bike  or hanging out with friends. Most of all I enjoy Sports epecisically Pro Football and Hockey and little Baseball. Pro Football take my Sunday during the Fall for I root for my home team "Pittsburgh Steelers" and Root for my "Pittsburgh Penguins" and finally I root for my "Pittsburgh Pirates". I am hoping to go to my favorite and beloved Steelers Training Camp. I root for them all the time that doe not mean that if the playoffs comes around that if my Team not there guess what I root for another team but my home team comes first and foremost when rooting for Football team. I will watch other pro football teams as well.

Though Most of the these hobbies are what would love doing and I enjoy each one just the same.

My Thoughts:
The young bride that moves into her husband's first wife home is first scared that there a ghost in the house. She not understand what it was doing to the people inside the home or what the people inside the house was doing to the family.

A mystery unfolds itself though Marielle. Caroline come home to help explain what was going on and what was happening Carson and her mother. Her mother does not know what going but think the house is stuck. Things start to clear up about Susannah Page in letters when Caroline less her in on what the truth is and what is happening.

I do not want to give away how it ends or any of the secret the books has to offer. Though I will tell you it tell you about the part of the Civil War and the Battle of Fredericksburg. It tell about romance and in love. But I will let you decide If you want to pick it up and want to read. Just because I like to read about Civil War a bit does not mean you would not to so you may decide that you want so I will let you decide for yourself. Now if I were asked I recommend this book for sure.

Question: Christmas in July! Someone gives you a gift card for two books (whatever that costs). What two books will you buy?

My Answer: Well, This may be somewhat difficult for I do not know the cost of the gift-card to spend on for the two books. I probably go looking around for a few days. But then I check the website from where I got the website. If I Could find these books that are on this list:

• Rumpelstiltskin: It about a little man that can spill Gold.
• A Tale of Two Cities: I never read this book or heard of it, so I would like to read it and it a Classic.
• Huckleberry Finn: I would Love to read the Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.
• Tom Sawyer: I would love to read the Adventures of Tom Sawyer.
• A Winkle in Time: I would enjoy buying this book and reading it. Never read it.

Think of it this way, I may get only two of the books but what two that hard to say I may get them all but I think for sure is that they all come from that list above. I would check out the prices and then look at the gift card amount and then then decide and pay the books that way using the gift card for as much as I could.

Question of the Week: What’s the ONE super-hyped book you’ll NEVER read?

My Answer: I have not every done this nor do I got out and buy it. I really never had this happen. If it were to happen I think it would be a Cookbook or Paranormal or possibly a Non fiction book. Though  I have gotten a few book that are Non Fiction and I enjoyed them. So I really do not have any but If it were to happen probably Fantasy is one Genre or book I will never read. But I do not really now if this will stick this way.

My Thoughts:
I love this book. I love trains just as much as books. I enjoyed the charthers in the book. It about a family that has to make adjustment on the fly. I quite enjoyable. I love how this is a Classic. I did not know this book was out there to read while I was growing up. The Children name are Bobby, Phil and Paul.

If you want to know mare about it what happens I would suggest picking it up. Something happens that causes their father to go away.

My Thoughts:
I really enjoyed this book. It about life and it cycle as though Flowers. There are alots of lesson though out the book though followers. It teaches us that we must move on and keep going. Hulda had lost most of her family and she wondered why she did. Her children died before see did. That must be tough to do.

This books teaches you lesson though the way Hulda did it though her garden. It book that really hit home with your emotions. I suggest that you have a few tissues on hand or you may be wipe your eyes while reading. It was heartfelt in some parts in this book. To me it a must read.

Question of The week: What drove you to start book blogging in the first place?

My Answer: I had thought about doing this for awhile. I just could not think of to start or how you started. So I finally asked another book blogger how to get started, she helped me out and then I just started a blog shortly after. I started in April of this year. I started with books I have started with books I had recently read. I asked for follower a bit though I never force a person to follow me and they just did and I got in to some free book blog websites and I went from there. I have read tons of books for years and I never did realize I should have started this 2 years ago when I first thought about it. I so enjoy it now and I gotten a few free books I learn new authors though it and my mom has been starting to steal my books I have to review for blogging for books website. I know she does not do this on purpose and found new authors as well and me.

Question of the week: How long does it take you to read a book?

My Answer: This Hard for me to decide. Though I think it really depends on the book I am reading. If I am not busy I will read as much as possible. Though I just finished Where The Lilacs Bloom by Jane Kirkpatrick. It an Historical Fiction I believe with most of it based on the True Story.  It took me about 2 weeks to read. I normally have book finished with in a week time. Though maybe with my mouth getting worded on it may  have been that and the fact it been hot and sticky and muggy I did not want to read much. Like I said it may take me at least a week to finish a book any genre I am reading. This can vary as well for I am also be in one that I enjoy so much I can not put it done a book.

My Thoughts:
My thought were sweet. I really enjoyed this book. I love how it ends and I am really glad for what happens to some of the woman in the book. You get see how the friendship develop and Relationships are tested though out the book. How friends can help and see the understanding. You get to see how part of the adoption take place and how thing can be tested with out knowing can happen unexpected. Love can happen though strange whys. Never did I expect what would happen at the end of the book.

The Author did a wonderful job with the character and matching them up but doing in a way that would happen natural to find out how it all happen. It was nice reading about them all and not confuse me while reading it. I will want to read books 1-5 understand completely soon though. I am going to be reading 5 "Twenty Wishes now."

Let's See Historical Fiction or even maybe a Christian-Western Mixture

 This happen to me with the book I was reading a few months ago called The Heart's Frontier it was a book I picked up because the cover caught my attention so did the back cover. I loved it and am waiting for the second book to come out. It was a mixture of  historical fiction along with Western and Amish (Christian). You do not get that often.

Another book that kinda did this was The Texan's Promise and The Texan's Honor by Shelley Shepard Gray. It was mixture of Western and Christian. Both were good but I liked The Texan's Promise better then The Texan's Honor though I did read them both and enjoy them both.

Question of the Week: If you could be a character from any book, who would you be?

My Answer: I really I thought I would like to be Laura from Little House on the Prairie but I really do know know. She a sweet but can be strong stick up for herself. Though From the book I am reading at the moment, "Where The Lilacs Still Bloom" by Jane Kirkpatrick is a really good book to I do not know who I like to be in that book but it is really good. I do not think i could be Hudie Klager, Though being a mother of four children would be something. 

Though I am reading another book called "Summer on Blossom Street" by Debbie Macomber. I would not know if I could want to be one of the woman in this book. I might want to be Anne Marie or even Lydia for they both have what I want and they are something I am willing to wait for.
