I tried this out. It did work. I tried the berry flavored and I was not all the into it. For me I believe the peach may be better for me. I would say possible a great product. I would rate it a 4.5 on my 5 star rating.

I believe this would work for anyone having trouble sleeping with out taking any meds. It helps to get you fall a sleep. It does not keep a sleep. If you enjoy national products this would be for you. The product is really do and make. Just open the packet before going to be about  30 mins. get a glass and add water and mix the packet to the water and you just need to stir and when it ready.

How to use this product
